This page explains what data DCMB Bot processes and how it is used. Update this text for your own deployment and jurisdiction before launch.

1. Data we receive

When you invite DCMB to a server or use the dashboard, we may receive guild IDs, channel IDs, role IDs, user IDs, and message content needed for features such as tickets and XP.

2. How data is used

Data is used only to provide the bot features you configure (for example, creating ticket channels, logging actions, or calculating XP). We do not sell your data.

3. Storage

Configuration and limited logs are stored on the host where you deploy DCMB. Retention and backups depend on your hosting setup.

4. Third‑party services

Discord provides the platform and OAuth sign‑in. Their own Privacy Policy also applies.

5. Your choices

You can remove DCMB from a server at any time. To request deletion of stored configuration or logs, contact the maintainer via the support page.
